Our Equity and Diversity Policy explains our position on ensuring equal access for everyone. It also highlights the ways we are trying to improve the way we address inequalities.

Assess our web presence to ensure we use positive images of people representative of society as a whole
Propose a programme to The Pure Outdoor Foundation to set up a scheme to support participants from underrepresented groups through an instructor programme
