Ideal for beginners, this course offers a fun, safe introduction to caving, guided by experienced and nationally qualified instructors. On our Peak District Caving Course, you'll discover the cave's fascinating geology and how it formed over 300 million years. Our instructors will teach you efficient movement underground, and you'll try navigating wet sections, muddy passages, and squeezes (don't worry, you won't get stuck!).

We offer day courses and weekend experiences for first-timers, with advanced caving available for small groups seeking further adventure. Please note that no previous experience is required to attend either the horizontal or vertical day. The vertical day will include sections of ladder and potential abseils as part of the cave adventure.
