This beginner-friendly course is designed to build your confidence, improve technique, and help you transition from road to trail. You'll learn about proper footwear, pacing, running form on uneven terrain, and how to tackle hills safely and efficiently. Led by experienced instructors, the day combines practical sessions with scenic runs through some of the UK's most beautiful landscapes. Participants should have a basic level of fitness and be comfortable with walking or jogging on uneven terrain. Should be comfortable running 60 - 90 minutes at an easy pace with plenty of breaks along the way covering around 10km of trails in that time.
