A day of climbing and yoga in the beautiful Peak District. You'll begin and end with a "Yoga for Climbers" session, designed and led by Sandra Berlin—an accredited climbing coach and 500-hour yoga teacher. Sandra will make sure you're feeling ready and energised for a day of outdoor climbing, and rested and restored afterwards. Morning Yoga for Climbers
We start the day at the Adventure Hub studio with a tailored yoga session led by Sandra Berlin – an experienced climbing coach and 500-hour yoga teacher. This class will focus on preparing your body and mind for climbing, using movement, breath, and intention to warm up joints, activate key muscle groups, and sharpen your focus.
Outdoor Climbing Session After yoga, we’ll head out to one of the Peak’s iconic climbing crags. Whether you're new to outdoor climbing or looking to build confidence and refine your technique, you’ll be supported throughout with expert guidance and encouragement. Expect plenty of climbing, movement coaching, and time to enjoy being immersed in nature.
Evening Yoga & Wind Down
We return to the Adventure Hub studio for a closing yoga session that focuses on unwinding. Using restorative poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation, we’ll help the body recover and integrate the day’s work so you leave feeling balanced, calm, and grounded.
This day is about more than just ticking climbs – it's a chance to connect with your body, the rock, and like-minded people. Come as you are – everything else will be taken care of.
