Cairngorms Winter Skills Courses

During the winter months we relocate and go north. It's time for our annual migration to Scotland and the beautiful mountains of the Cairngorms National Park. 

We come here because it always has good early season conditions and the ski area allows easy access to higher ground, meaning we can pretty much guarantee great snow and ice conditions on our courses. On a winter course you can expect to learn all of the essential skills for getting out and about in the hills during winter; from fitting crampons through to ice axe arrest and avalanche avoidance. Courses can also be booked for clubs and groups looking at developing their skills.
