How do I know if there is availability on the courses?
Where there are course dates listed. There will be availability on the course for you which is confirmed when yur booking is received. Once the course is full, the listing will read 'FULL' on the option list. If you are making a large booking (more than 3) please use the 'group enquiries' form.

Is the online booking secure?
Fortunately, we do not need to deal with the handling of you sensitive credit card information. Google Checkout do all of this for us! So yes, the booking is completely secure.

What happens once I have booked online?
Once you have booked online, Google will firstly send through a receipt. Secondly, when somebody at this end has received it (usually within 48 hours) you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. This email contains outlines the course booking and any outstanding payments. You will then receive a 'Username' and 'Password' for the Customer Area. Here you can log in and download and print all of the course documents that you require.

How can I increase the number of course participants?
Just select your course and click 'add to cart'. A booking screen will pop up here. Simply increase the number of course participants here and press 'update cart'. You will notice the update will calculate the new total cost.

Can I pay a deposit only to secure a place?
Yes you can pay a deposit to reserve a place on a course. These range from £35 to £100 depending on the course. If you pay a deposit only, please note that you must follow up this payment with the remaining balance by going to the 'Pay Invoice' page and selecting the appropriate 'remaining balance'. This must be paid 6 weeks prior to the course commencing or you risk losing your course reservation.

Are there any special offers currently available?
Special offers are sent out to all who have signed up to our mailing list. If you would like to sign up, simply fill in the form on the homepage.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?
When you have selected the booking that you require and added it to your cart you can go to checkout. At checkout there is a box available for you to type in a discount code.

How do the Gift Vouchers work?
To Purchase: Simply add a Gift Voucher to Cart and amend the amount that you would like to spend. Upon receipt of the order you will receive an email with a 'Coupon Code' a unique number that can be typed in when making a booking.
To Redeem: To use a Gift Voucher, simply type the Gift Voucher Code in at checkout.

What if I add a compass to the order?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of business here, we cannot send out compasses. Not to worry, as when you attend a course your compass will be waiting for you and we will spend 2 days learning how to use it. No bad habits here!
