Outline A week to get your head around the sharp end of the rope! This climbing week is a real treat and a true opportunity to put your skills to the test and walk away with some excellent lead climbing skills. With the opportunity to explore the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and beyond, from some of the most impressive rock crags in Britain. With variety ranging from exposed mountain crags to wind blasted sea cliffs. We will be exploring all aspects of climbing, tailored to suit your needs depending on your experience. With a low ratio of 1:2 we can ensure that we have sufficient time to have a in depth approach to learning. The extra time means that you will leave with a broad range of skills allowing you to get stuck in. Itinerary The week will start with a meeting in a local café on the first day. Here we will make some plans for the first day or two, we will listen to your needs and make the climbing days fit your capabilities and experience. The following 3 days will all follow a similar pattern and allow us to choose an appropriate venue with regards to the weather and our action plan for the week.

Learning Objectives The main learning point, as per the title – is to lead climb. Whichever day you end up doing a lead on, we will make sure the rest of the time is well spent fine tuning those skills. When thinking about leading it is important to think about every single skill you need in order for you to do it. Lots to cover in a fantastic week!
